Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery within the UK is usually 5 to 12 business days, while larger items may take 5 to 14 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless a promotion is active. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly, as Quorvex Club is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original packaging and in resale condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or damaged item. For exchange requests, please contact us first, as direct exchanges may not always be available.
